92 through 96 Chrome wheel help

Hey guys, I have a 95 F-150 I bought new. The wheels are going to hell on it. In my search I have found that the wheels for these years came either chrome steel or with pressed on stainless steel skins. These are the stainless skins and have been great because they don't rust. But moisture gets behind and they rust from behind deforming and forcing the skins off.

Can you buy just the skins and press them on again, or am I looking at new wheels? Does anybody have experience with this? Thanks.

I wish I would have sprayed RUST-CHECK in there each year, but hindsight....
