I have a 2001 ford sport trac that died a couple of days ago. Has spark , fuel pump works, new filter, relay good inertia good still will only run with starting fluid. Any help is appreciated

 

The fuel pump may "work" but is it properly pressurizing the fuel rail? Has the fuel filter been replaced and the fuel pressure at the rail measured? Since it runs with starting fluid that would suggest the likely issue is either not enough fuel pressure or multiple fuel injectors are not being triggered.
