Cabin air filter

Cabin air filter
I bought an 07 escape last week. I bought it from a hot young lady who must have bathed in perfume. By the time I got home I was sick, and that was with the windows down. I have not driven it since. I sprinkled baking soda all over the interior, let it sit for a day with the windows down. Then vacuumed it out. Still stinks, but a little better. I have also left the windows down for 3 nights. Now I have two bowls of vinegar and two bowls of baking soda sitting in the car with the windows rolled up. I will see if that helps.
I am wondering if I should change the cabin air filter? I think it is just for outside air coming in, so should not be collecting any odor? Any thoughts on that and how to get rid of the smell? Thanks
PS: I have bought a can of "Dakota Odor Bomb" off ebay but it will not be here for a week. Anyone ever use this stuff? The one I got is called neutral air, hopefully it won't stink as bad as the perfume.
