Look like Rigid Dually lights. ~200 bucks a pair.

 

Amazon - Rigid is the brand..."dually" I think is the model name.

BTW, I would like to get one of these tag holders and was wondering if these lights would mount. The link posted here on amazon says that tag holder will not work on my 2005 EX. Must be a different model number for mine.

 

No. Rigid brand offroad lights are expensive. Those are some Chinese knock-offs.

Not saying they won't work since there a TON of offroad LED's available, I'm just saying they aren the same ones, like you asked.

Love that light. While at the Ford stealership today, I asked about one of those Excursion tags and they didn't have any. Looks great.

But when I asked for a part number, they said it was against their policy to give it out.
