Heater loses memory

I can leave my 2010 f-150 heater on full after about 15 minutes when I restart the truck everything is off. Dealer says there are no codes or pre codes. Very inconvienient in winter with my remote starter.

Did you buy your truck new? Are you sure it has a temperature control memory system in it and are you sure you're following the factory owners manual on how to setup the temperature control memory system?
