FYI that is not a factory bar and it looks like the bottom curved part should go under the front bumper and then maybe outside of the frame rail, depending on it's overall width?
And mount using the bolt that attaches the front leaf spring in its bracket. Yes you will have to jack up the front end and un-compress the suspension to get that bolt out.
Then it looks there are no top mount tabs, so you will then have to make some top bumper bolts mount tabs.
