Looking through an Estate Sale Barn today and found this item in its original packaging. Some very light scratches and the attaching package is included. Looks to fit 1987 through 91. Here is what I found from the parts number on the box. Not perfect but a 9.5 of 10 for sure! Look at the pictures!
Original packaging with attachment kit and extra piece of trim.
Anyone what to shoot me an offer? My tailgate trim is different or I would keep it!
