I need a new adapter from the fuel pump to the lines and gauge power plug. What year will work?

You are talking about the fuel hanger for the tank with pig tail.
The front and rear tanks are different.
The years would be 1992-1996 for gas trucks of the same size and type of fuel tank.

Yes that is the hanger.

It holds the FDM in the tank and the fuel pump is inside the FDM.

Uh oh. I just ordered a new tank/pump/hanger assembly for my '96 front tank from Rock Auto. I ordered the hanger assembly that had two outlets, not three, like SubFords picture shows. Did I order the wrong one?
