Fan stator mod to ease belt replacement
I asked a while back if anyone had done it, no one had. So I did mine, and then another one. I got pics on the second one though.
I basically cut just the top out to keep and use. Only for the fan wiring so I didn't have to lengthen it at all.

On truck:
Doing the belts underneath is now a breeze, can be done in 10 minutes without moving anything out of the way.
Also, this can be done with out removal of the stator. First one I did I cut with a sawzall on both sides of the top, then on bottom in the middle. Pulled both halves right out.
