Welcome sengel1975 !
I have one more week of Leave and then I am heading to Ft. Benning and working at the Armor School. Been a pretty busy 2 days. I found the reason I had a bad skip. 3 plugs just totally burnt out. I wasn't even hot rodding it. It took me about 4 1/2 hours to replace all the plugs and it runs like a top again. I have a before pic of the front end. I sanded and clear coated the headlights, replaced the fog lights, repainted the the lower grill and then polished it. The headlights looked so good I had to do the tail lights too.

Chief, the lights look great. I drove the 96 Bronco to Waycross today,to take 2 ASE tests, A-5 brakes & G-1 maint.&gen repair(passed both). One less thing to worry about, until December then I'll take 2 more. The Bronco ran perfect, about a 120 mile round trip. Chief I wish you lived closer, I could really use a good tech and a service writer.

Thanks Bronco,
It is hard to get the full effect in the pictures. The previous owner had painted the lower grille totally black and I really hated it. It was also about to fall off because it was only held on by the top 2 bolts. It is good to finally get around to working on the lightning. I am going to put the new chrome grille on the 79 today.
The trash people won't take automotive stuff like that so I have to take it and a pile of stuff I have to the landfill on Saturday.
I got new tires and an alignment on the wife's ride yesterday morning. I just need to order a brake light switch to get the cruise working again and it will finally be completed.
I put a new battery in the motorhome and got it up and starting on it's own again!!! I got one from my local parts store with a 2 year free replacement for 100 bucks with my military discount, can't beat that price.
Only 2 more things to get running again, the riding mower and the 79. The list is getting shorter by the day. Looks like rain tomorrow so I got to get busy..

I will get with the moderators and see about making it a sticky.
Didn't get to work on the trucks today, had to do emergency repairs to the driveway. Our driveway goes over a 6 ft drainage steel tube. The rain had started to wash one of the sides away and it would have made our driveway collapse if it would have been a few days of rain. So about 30 wheelbarrow full of dirt, pebbles and some field stone our and driveway is good for a while. I probably will have to add more stone later on but it is good enough for now.
