Jess, Do you have any 1952 vent windows? My driver side is a mismatched assembly and doesn't close. The passenger side doesn't close either but I don't have it out and apart yet to know what it is.

Yeah, if you have one. My outer frame is ? with a rigged upper pivot and the inner with broken glass is 48-50.
The passenger "looks" like it may be correct but I don't have it out yet.
A matching set of frames at least. I can get latches and glass.

Oh, how did the hump issue work out?
#37
Thanks for looking for me.
My trans cover right now just has the hole cut larger. I might have a way to lower the rear of the T98 enough to clear but it will be a while before I do that. I have to pull the trans to do it.
I may modify the hump to be a little taller also. That's on the back burner for now. I should have the truck on the road real soon. Wire harness on the way and hopefully some vent windows that close to keep the rain out.
My plan is to drive it while I work on it.

Hi Ed, what year is your truck? just a couple questions do you need the short running boards for a flat bed? or do you have a long box? the true 1948 running boards are different than 49 thru 52, they have more sheet metal underneath that attaches to the frame. IMHO ford decided that extra sheet metal wasent needed, and they were shortened on the 49 models. i do have some boards but i believe there all for F1 trucks. i am not sure if they will fit an F2 or F3. do you have a measurement. thanks, Jess

It's a 49 F3 and it has the 8' bed - I will have to get measurements if you need them - the truck is on the other side of town and will take some time to get to.
Thanks!
Ed
Thanks!

Nice to offer Larry but, like Jess said. You shouldn't jump into his post to sell your parts.
