Wanting to make a custom turbo kit for 6.9

i want to do a setup like the 6.5 but on the driver side just more room for exhaust.. the turbo i am looking at using is off of a Gleaner L/L2 combine looks smaller that a hx35 the motor is a 426 allis chalmers its a 7.L ...the only issue im consered about is the intake manifold on the 6.9 is around 5" diameter and the turbo outlet is 2" to 2.5" diameter..but the 6.5 is very similar in diameter..

That turbo probably has a T4 hotside and an itty-bitty tiny cold side. Meaning realistically it probably isnt going to do much.

For some ideas on an offset turbo setup, check out project smogie. The original kit he built for it was offset on the passenger side.

An AC 426 used a TO4B90 turbo. A factory 426 in the combine setting that you are talking about would be 158 flywheel horsepower and make probably 10 psi, maybe 15. If the service manual wasn't out at the farm I could probably get some better specs on the turbo. (On a side note, I've always wanted to put a AC tractor motor in my truck. Maybe when my 7.3 gives out I will )
