Ugh header leak

Ugh header leak

My passenger side exhaust manifold its making a lovely ticking... and tips before I dig in an break every stud off lol

Soak everything in PB Blaster for a few days.

Also try tightening a hair first to break things loose, then back off. I have heard folks have good luck loosening a hair, then tightening, to keep working things loose.

Me I always end up breaking exhaust studs. I hate that job.

What year and engine is your truck?
