Kinda surprised about your issue with legroom for the driver. Maybe it has something to do with the 2nd generation re-design? I have a 2010 EB, and even with my 6'7" frame I fit just fine without having to have the seat all the way back.

Digging those power 3rd row seats! Kinda wish I had that. Just be careful how much weight you put into the rear with them folded down. More than one Flex owner has reported breaking the back of the seats by loading it too heavy.

Loving ours! Took it to S.D. last year to the Mt Rushmore monument and it was like riding in a limo. Quiet, comfy, roomy...Nice! Only 2 complaints; 1- wind buffeting with windows down, whether one or all. 2- hard on front tires, especially the outer edges.
