I would not. And I can tell you that the odds are really high that Uhaul would tell you no also, of they see it, based on your discription.
Sounds like penske or budget would have been better due to the trucks being higher. Not sure how much higher their hitch might be. I assume there is no way your truck is fitting on a actually car hauler trailer.
If it was a short drive, might be ok. But WA to TN is a long trip. And while you'll have plenty of boring flat land, it's not worth the risk in my opinion.

In short, heck no!
Have you thought about getting a big enclosed trailer and just towing it behind your truck? That eliminates the moving truck completely. And your super duty is a much MUCH more comfortable and drive able machine than a uhaul truck. Especially for that kind of distance.
