Coil Springs

I have a 1997 F250 single rear wheel super cab 2wd pickup 8 ft bed 8800lb and above with a 7.3 powerstroke diesel and I have a broken front coil spring. My question is a friend has a 1994 f350 dual rear wheels 2wd pickup with a diesel super cab with 8 ft bed will these coil springs work/fit on My truck? any part numbers if I wanted to buy a new set (moog, Napa, carquest etc.)

I'm going to vote yes as I recall the f250s of that gvw are rebadged f350s but count the coils in it and measure the thickness if you don't believe me and even if you do
