Dash Speakers.....1970 F100

I got a guy about to completely re-wire my XLT with ron francis wiring harness........I am putting in a digital radio and need to know what size the original dash speakers are, or what is the best alternative?

prior owner completely trashed the original parts.....he also cut out two big speaker holes at the bottom of each door.....before i cover those up i might try putting speakers in there too.

I put speakers in my door panels. Just below the window crank, there is an indention, with a low profile speaker magnet, whittle out on the top side and use a speaker baffle to keep rain water off the cone. With a big a$$ magnet, shim out with a 3/4" board and cover to match interior. 6X9's I build a box to go under the seat. Typically, I raise the seat. One can mount AMPs or EQ's there too.
It's great when Edgar Winter Group playing Frankenstein plays.

Original was a mono speaker in the center of the dash. Assume you're going to want stereo, so some sort of mod will be required.
