Recommendation for passenger side up pipe

My '05 has a leaky bellow on the passenger side up pipe, the one that feeds the EGR. I can't do a delete, no matter how badly I would like to. I have to pass emissions here. Are there any aftermarket alternatives that are better than the stock one? I always prefer to replace with better parts if I can. I can't seem to find any aftermarkets for this pipe except for deletes.

Also, are there any tricks or gotchas for replacing this? Can I do it without pulling the turbo?

I know they make replacement bellows pieces that one can cut out and weld in place.
Not shure on the whole tube other than delete. Requires turbo removal and a good welder.
That tubeing is kinda thin.

There's a company called Elite Diesel Engineering and they make the "sneaky pipe" which is just a welded up / blocked off up pipe.

I know some good tig welders, so that would probably be my route if I had to keep the cooler installed for visual inspection.

I replaced mine, both with with PPE set, no mesh bellows, which is where both of my stock ones where leaking, no shields on them,, but wrapped them, twice by the ipr/ icp with exhaust wrap, quality looking pipes but time will tell, good luck

You better like them a lot since you won't see the mystery solved on this 6-year old thread.
