rear Power Point and Dianostic Connector Not working

Fired up my 2004 F150 4x4 5.4L 3v that had sat for 1.5 years while I was out of town. Just to find out that both the Rear seat Power Point, the Front Power Point and Cigar Lighter plug are not working, my check engine light came on and when connecting a Diagnostic Code Reader, it seams it too has no power. Checked the Fuses (#37 - 20amp & #41 - 20 amp) and both are ok and even replaced them without any resolution. Any suggestions?

In my 2007 Owners Manual, looks like fuse 37 and 110 cover those outlets and OBDII power.

The Owners Manual for the 2004 is different from the 2007... Fuse number 37 is for the Rear Power Point and 41 is for the Cigar Lighter, Diagnostic Connector Power. I also have a Aux Power Point on the front dash that is also not working.

You will need to probe the little test holes on the fuse with a meter or test lamp to see if you actually have power in the circuits at the fuses.

Put the negative meter test lamp to ground, then probe each test point. If both are hot the circuit has power and the fuse is good. If only one is hot, fuse has power but is open. If neither has power, the fuse isn't getting it's power from the internal buss bar and you have a faulty (probably corroded) fuse fox.
