I picked up a 2001 CCLB DRW 4x2 two years ago with 175k on it for a little side lawn care business. My little brother works the business with me and uses the truck pretty much as his DD. Paid $10,000 for it.

218k on it now, only issues are neither rear door open and the power driver seat won't move (which does kinda suck since my brother is 5'9" and I'm 6'2"). But runs like a champ, haven't spent $ on anything except oil and filter changes.

I've owned a 2006 6.0 and 2011 6.7 Powerstrokes with nothing but problems which are the reason my DD today is a 2014 Ram Cummins...
