SOS - Engine turns over and will not run -Need help ASAP

Truck ran fine last night.
Hood was open and it poured rain.
Truck won't start now.
Turns over, gets gas, has a spark.
Not sure if computer got wet.
Truck was completely dry when starting today and yesterday.
1995 4.9L manual trans.
Cannot roll start I'm at the bottom of a hill.

Gets gas?
Are you testing by seeing if you pressure at schrader valve in fuel rail?

Spark?
At the coil? At plugs? If only at coil, then I would check the plug end as you may have cap/rotor issue.

Fuel and spark should make it run.

Ah, so it actually runs of sorts.

Water under the cap? Tried spraying things off with WD40?

Double the cap and rotor being wet. The water causes crossfiring in the cap.
