I can't speak to the RSC but generally this sort of swap would require every bit of the drive train and its controllers would need to follow the engine. This includes the complete wiring harness from the ECU right down to the very last connector in that sub-system.
Because the engine, transmission, ABS, SRS and RSC all talk to one another and the wiring tends to not be compatible from one year to the next think of this sort of swap as just dropping a "new"body onto an existing running chassis.
There's another thread here from a while ago where the wiring harness issue came into play----I can link you if interested in that portion of such a project.

JWA,
Thanks for reply.
I saw a thread by HotAirJunkie; 97 to 99 swap. Interesting.
I once had a '92 E350 that the computer went bad on...
It was a mystery solving that and I ended up getting a computer from a junkyard
in Traverse City, Mi. (only one I could find in the USA!!)
Very specific, even for a '92!!
I'll have to do more research in my quest for a newer v10 van...
John

John I'd definitely suggest just looking for a complete V10-equipped van.
As I said my own search for that engine was hampered by my complete lack of interest in a Club Wagon or window van. In fact if I weren't so disappointed in my current '03 extended body (5.4 motor) I'd have long ago swapped out the rear doors for factory window-less versions.
Generally the thought is anything with a V10 doesn't sell or the owner is so highly motivated due poor MPG's they're not too hard or find or strike a deal.
Depending on your willingness to travel searching online, even through eBay might get you close to what you need or want.
