95 Ford wiring issue

My 95 Ford F150 is missing a wire that goes into part of the coil pack. It should have two wires and there is only one. My mechanic said to find the broken wire and connect it. Ok, here is the problem, I checked the wiring harness and cannot find a broken wire.
Is there a way to bypass this and connect a wire so that my distributor is getting fire to it or will I have to replace the whole wiring harness.
Thanks for any help.

Most of the time when you see a missing wire at that location it is because someone removed the radio cap. It will run fine without it.
