Oil in spark plugs

This is the second time this has happened first time I thought it was my fault being sloppy adding oil between oil changes this time I know for sure it was not me. Both times this has happened I cleaned out and sprayed brake cleaner then blew out with air truck runs great until it fills up with oil again

Ah okay. If I'm reading you correctly, this is oil down inside the spark plug well, not in the combustion chamber? If so, then you have something leaking oil, like a leaky gasket somewhere around that spot. Should be a trail of oil coming from somewhere leading to the low spot around those plugs.
