Rebuild

I have a 94 with the 302 efi. When I got home from over seas I started it up and ran fine. I had the exhaust and headers replaced and it started blowing white smoke lost power then just pfp. I took off the intake and there is oil all inside the intake. Can anyone please help me with this. Would like to not lose this truck

everything may be fine. I would get the head checked to ensure its flat and no cracks. If you had any freezing of the block over the winter it may have developed a crack/ it may of had a hairline crack in it and over time it just got worse.
But if you're pulling the head you may as well ensure the heads are G2G, it would suck to put a new gasket on it just to find out that didn't solve the problem.
