Tow mirror mod

Well I was searching craigslist and found some 05 chevy tow mirrors for 40$ so I thought why not 42$ later I got this

Thats a great looking truck. Can u get a close up of what u did to mount the mirrors? It looks like u used the stock nemo mirror mounts.

^^^^ +1; nice pic of a nice truck, but it tells us NOTHING about the topic of the thread. Needs some project write-up, pics of the process if any, close-up of the mounting, pics of mirror positions as seen from the driver's seat.

These two for sure. The passenger side view from the drivers seat is the main thing your looking for. I would like to view around my trailer without having to shift my body.

HI 7.3,

New here. I have been looking for mirror replacements for towing and this looks like the best I've seen. I can't imagine why Ford didn't make these rigs with better mirrors for towing. Can I get details about how the mounting works and looks? Do they interfere with the wing windows?I see that these are easily available. Thanks.
