Temp Fix on a Cracked Manifold
Is there something I can use to temporarily fix the crack in my exhaust manifold?
I just have to buy 2-3 weeks.
I have Muffler Cement and that worked on my cat.

I know JB Weld won't work! If you have to take it off to temporarily repair it, why not line up a welder to knock it out for you?

I used the Thermosteel and so far thngs are holding up. I just went 300 miles pulling my 27' travel trailer without a problem.

You could braze it, if you have a torch (MAPP gas or hotter).

I upgraded to a F350 and sold the truck but see it at east once a week. The Thermosteel is still holding up.
