99 F350 radiator leak

I can see the leak in the upper part of my radiator.
I added some Bars Leak Copper to the radiator and
that seemed to stop the leak - for three weeks.

Can I put more 'stop leak' style additives in or is
that pushing the envelope?
I would like to drive the truck 125 miles to the
dealership where I purchased my truck and have them
replace the radiator but I need to be sure she will
make the trip.

I have right at 300,000 miles on the V10 gas engine.
She's been a great truck with no major repair issues.
Just normal wear and tear and regular maintenance
that you should do to keep any truck running.

Any advice on more leak stop and driving the 125 miles?
By the way, I added 1 gallon antifreeze when I added
the first Bars Leak Copper a few weeks ago. There
is still antifreeze in the reservoir.
