1956 Speedometer Needle Adjustment

So my speedo cable was making noise, so I am cleaning and lubing it. Since my speedometer has always read low, I pulled it out and apart and it appears to rest below "0 mph". The needle actually rests on the adjacent gauge. How do I get it to rest on zero? Is there a stop for the needle to rest on that I'm missing?

Figured it out.
There is a metal tang that the rotating part of the mechanism at the bottom rests against. It is easily bent one way or the other to achieve zero.

The flat metal tang stops the little schmeckle on the rotating part. That tang is easily bent with a long nosed pliers.
