Looks like the Edgeliner is the way to go.
My WT's fit well in my 2016 F350. So I don't understand your issue. And they did fit well in the 2011 F350 and 08 F350 as well..
The 2011's had 125 hard Northern NH winters and work trips on them from work boots, food etc. When I traded I just cleaned them and wiped some Aerospace on them and they were like new..couldn't use the drivers side do to changes from Ford so I let them go with the 2011...

Mine didn't fit great either on my 2015.

I loved them in my F150, but the passenger side front and the liner for the rear (especially between the door and rear seat edge) just doesn't have a proper fit IMHO on the 250's, the fore mentioned areas in the rear curl up slightly allowing debris to get on the carpet. In the WT's defense though, even with the poor fit on the passenger side front, a buddy of mine spilled a full Hardee's gut buster iced tea in the footwell and none got on the carpet. Where I find it fits poorly is the edge next to the console and allows dirt to get beneath it, and it moves around more than I like. Maybe I'm just spoiled from the superior performance I got with the set for the F150(?).

After seeing this review/writeup on the Michelin Edgeliners and having a different brand many yrs ago, I placed my order through realtruck for the Michelin fronts only, not needed for the rear.

They are excellent/perfect fit.
My Friend has the WT's in his new Ram, he liked my Michelin Edgeliners so much more he gave his new WT's to his son-inlaw and now has the Michelin's.

I was thinking of Weather Techs for my 2015, but after reading this, I'll take a look at the Michelin liners.

Thanks for the review.

Brother got a new GM several months back. Rode with him this weekend and saw he had these same liners. He's a fan too. (not of Ford, just the liners)

Yesterday was the first, nice, warm spring day in my area. I was power washing the garage floor with my wife and she dug the liners out of her car and my truck to get power washed. What a great wife! In her Escape we have Husky liners, in my truck we have these. After they were washed and sun dried, she commented about how much she liked the ones in my truck. She said that they were soft and pliable. Easy to take out and put back in. The Husky liners, after three years are not flexible at all. Hard and plastic.

I never talk about liners with my wife and she has no idea where mine came from or that I created this post. I thought her comment was interesting and that I should share it.

I second! The edge liners are awesome! I wish I could get them for my town and country!

My review.

I bought a set of these for my 2012 K/R I bought last week. Overall, I like them better than the WeatherTechs that I have in my '08. I only found a couple places where they could use some tweaking.

I didn't like the way the rear mat sits up on that rear seat bracket. I trimmed it a bit in that area and it lays against the carpet better.

Their version of tan is a poor match for my tan interior. Also, my truck has a depression in the floor pan near the parking brake. The liner is flat in that area and can be mashed down into the depression. I don't think that will be an issue, but thought I would point it out.

They look great in your truck! Nice color match.
