2017 interior pic from Car and Driver - Bigger than my F150 crew cab

As I was perusing the various 2017 Super Duty information (and misinformation), I noticed this pic:

Car and Driver

I have seen the speculation that the camo pics of the 2017 Super Duty have a fake mega-like cab (truck bed break in wrong place, etc.); this interior pic clearly has a much wider c-pillar than my 2009 F150 cab, and wider than pictures I've seen of the 2016 F150 as well.

It also appears to have space behind where I would expect the rear window to be. (Something's not quite right with the headliner in this pic.)

Perhaps the 2017 will have an answer to the mega-cab after all?

That pic has been floating around for a while and it leads me to believe something other than a standard F-150 Crewcab is in the wings. We'll know for sure in about 6 weeks assuming the truck is unveiled at the Texas State Fair.

What I find interesting is in the previous couple of pics, look at the manual 4x4 shifter. It is not the same as what the SD has used for many years - more similar to the F-150 manual shifter. The NVG-271 case in the SD requires a "dog leg" shift to get into Low. The F-150 is a straight line shifter. Will the SD use a different t-case?

As for the cab, hard to say. The little notch on the sill seems to indicate the end of the cab, but then the bed seems too long. But the giveaway that it is just a disguise is the use of the old SD 3rd brake lamp and bed lamps on what is clearly an F-150 cab.
