RC. I hate to point out the obvious, but we're burning days for the swap meet. You bringing any bump parts up here for me to paint? I can pull the fenders off and get them ready, but I think that's all we're saving other than the cab, isn't it?

My daily driver is a raggedy beat up little Ford Escort. My truck spends it's life either in the driveway or with a trailer behind it.

Bandit is dropped off at the transmission shop for wiring. I'm a happy diddly dog.

Test drove an Avalanche. Not as much fun stuff as the Cadillac, but it felt good to be in a bigger possible dd.

Jeff be careful if it is a 5.3 with the Eco mode or what ever it's called when it shuts down 4 cylinders or the highway. My coworker bought an 07 with only 60,000 miles and he had to have new lifters and a solenoids because the lifter solenoids went out causing all sorts of trouble and wouldn't run. $3000 later and it was running again. When he was doing his research on the issue he said that there was people that it happened to with only 6,000 miles and that you never know when it will happen or happen again. Those people were luck to have the warranty take care of it but at 60,000 his was out of warranty.

Morning folks, RC Ed up here has a complete 69-72 (72?) truck with a good longbed, I am sure you can trade him for something?

I told him you were looking for a 72 LB and he told me to let you know. So call him and talk it over.

Dustin, no worries, this is not one of those eco things. I am a huge fan of the vortec motors and want to go back to those. This is a mid 00s.

Feel good knowing I'll start doing stuff to get Bandit legal when he gets back. I told them to go ahead and put an adapter for the speedometer etc.. And a bumper from Performance Inc!!

Alan, I need some steps done for Bandit and for this new ride I'm hoping to get.

I want something just like this.. For our dents one step by the door and one by the bed for the step to the tool box. This

Because you're such a delicate little flower and can't quite step up in your truck?

Lol, my dad can't get into the passenger side of Bandit, was barely able to get in the Avalanche last night and no way on the 79 Explorer (I'd say 3 inches higher than Bandit)

Oh man, I'm glad to see you still have your dad around and will do what you can so he can get in your vehicles.
