Got my news letter from the community link down the street. They helped me when I needed help around the house. I'll do the donation and put in some volunteer time like usual but when I get down there it'll be the same volunteers as 5 years ago with 1 or 2 new faces that wont be back next year. Does anyone else do volunteer work and if you do, do you notice it's the same faces as always. Not complaining, just wish there will be some new faces this year.

nahh banged my knee sunday which was actually feeling good that day before that happened.. then few mins later when we were trying to get the backhoe off the tractor was watching where the pins were and not where my head was.. pulled on a lever and dropped the tractor on my head.. now theres a lump and scab where the "safety roll bar" landed..

finished the late walk and am back in time to see you guys are going beddy bye already. lol goodnight Ian.
PS. I got no choice but to eat, this trying to stay healthy burns off a lot of calories. ha ha cough cough sputter sputter ha ha. If any of you guys have a relative with COPD or the varient, get them walking, them lungs and that ticker needs it. It only hurts the first 2 days, but the results start showing up on day 2. 3 days of being house bound because of -25c weather and I'm ready to puke after a block, thats how fast this catches up to you. Good thing I'm pig headed about wanting to go on a driving vacation starting next fall or I'd take it easy and relax and let others do everything for me. These people mean well but they dont understand that rest and relaxation is about the worst thing for us. COPD sucks the o2 out of your muscles, brain and heart and makes a person weak, tired and unmotivated. Exercise makes a world of a difference and makes us a bit less irritable and easier to tolerate.lol
Anne Landers lecture over
My neighbor Sig drives for Fedex doing a dedicated Calgary - Vancouver - return run, 12-15000 on the front trailer and empty rear trailer twice a week. He does this run because most of the young drivers cant figure out why Fedex is living up to the contract and runs 2 trailers like the contract says to. Guess that's the difference between a 70 year old retiree and a 30 year old driver. Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down Sparky.
Good night, sleep tight, dont let the love bug bite.
