Hey guys. I'm from Nevada and I have a question. My friend who works at a Diesel shop here in town has a 2004 F-250 XLT. The truck has 105,000 miles on it and the body and interior look pretty damn good for an 11 year old truck. They are putting a brand new motor in the truck complete with new egr cooler, arp head studs and HPOP. The motor is being bored .20 over. One of the cylinders was worn and instead of installing a sleeve they decided to bore. He wants $15K for the truck and will do a complete tranny service and front and rear end service on it if I buy it. Does this sound like a good deal?

15 isn't to bad I guess tell him you wNt a bpd egr cooler and new oil cooler

 

I'd say 15k is pretty darn good for all of that.

0.20 over is not bad and I really am not up on how well the sleeves work
