Can't get fuel to come on .
89 f250 351w 5.8 efi 4x4. Can't get the pumps to engage with out grounding the fuel pump terminal in the vip test port . I have even tried a new reman EEC have bypassed the inertia switch new relay for fuel pump.. Kinda hit a wall with this any suggestions where to look next . Thanks.
