I was trying to remove the remnants of the old pressed in heater hose connector and it abruptly fell into the block. What's the best way to get it out. I'm guessing it's too big of a piece to just flush the system. Thanks!!
I just did this to my truck about a week ago. I had the same thing happen so I pulled off thermostat housing and pulled the temperature sender out to let the coolant drain down some. Then I could see the rest of the fitting laying down in there, so I bent a coat hanger and pulled it out though the thermostat housing. Hope this helps
