Ac blows cold, but fan partial speed
subject says it all.
I just had the heater core and blend door replaced less than 1000 miles ago, less than 3 months ago. The blend door was preventative. The heater core was the problem. While I do most of my own repairs, yanking the dash was something I didn't have time for so I took it in to an independent mechanic.
Ac is working cold, but volume of air isn't what it should be. If I hit a pothole, it will go to expected volume for a period of time until I hit another pothole.
What should I be looking at?
I really don't trust the mechanic after this. This is the second time something related broke right after a complex repair. First time was when he did my timing belt and we put in a preventative water pump. The pump went out 1000 miles later. He credited me the pump, but I was still on the hook for labor :/
Thanks in advance.

Gremlins! Gremlins, I say!
New symptom, and I swear I am not hallucinating. This is 100% reproducible.
Turn fan control to low, then turn it to high as fast as you can. The drivers side door window goes down automatically without touching it. Then when you roll it back up with the control button it stutters its way up. If you slowly work through the fan settings from low to high, the window is unaffected.
I swear I am sober.
