What is a good programmer for obd1 powerstroke ?

Thank you ahah I just figured that out because mine is a 94 but I just found that it has the obd2 connection, that's one reason I don't care for the 94-95 models as far as electronics goes because it's is a wishy washy set up in my opinion

I bet that the OBD2 plug under the dash is dead too. VERY common problem on the 94s
