One word of cation.
When you go to test the voltage of the FICM do not at any
point let the probe come in contact with the case while you have it
in contact with the screw. It will be GAME OVER for that FICM.
Have a look over in the Tech Folder for the instructions on
how to do this test.
The safe way to do it is with something like the Scanguage II.
It will also give you a lot of very useful info.

Cleaned all of the sensors/connectors I could find...still shaking, turbo sputtering..I'm just going to take it to ford and they can tell me which injectors are bad.
Thank you to every that tried to help me, you guys are awesome. I'm just done with this truck.
I'll update when I get it back from ford.

What's your IPR reading? A good cleaning and screen swap can't hurt except some knuckle skin. I've heard horror stories on this site about IPR screens, pieces of screen, no screen, you wanna check that booger for sure. I had similar issues last week, and now I'm on to another issue. Chasing down these issues before it becomes a problem is the toll we pay for owning a really great truck. Get all your ducks in a row keep up with maintenance and keep reading and feeding the brotherhood that is FTE. If it can't be fixed here, your screwed. Lol. Hold your head up Adam you own a PSD! Where are you brother, if I can reach ya I'm going to help you.

Personally, I would only replace the bad injectors. Most places recommend all injectors on the bad side get done, but only to save the labor of tearing it down again. However, they're not hard to put in - just gotta make sure they're torqued correctly. The dealer's labor charge is probably as much as the two injectors.

Hmm, a bad fuel pump or clogged up regulator will definitely burn up injectors, although it usually starts with the injectors farthest from the pump - nos. 7,4,8. I know the dealers recommend any and everything they can to cover their asses.

The first time is a pain, after that it's easy. Again, just make sure they are torqued accurately, not too tight either or you'll stretch the threads.
I'm a bonehead amateur, and I can replace any injectors within 2-3 hours in my driveway.

Everyone here will recommend Ford remans. You said 1 & 4 are bad - those are on opposite sides. The driver's side is easier. Numbers 5&7 are hard to get to on the passenger side because the AC box is in the way, but if you just buy the right tools, it's not a big deal, and they're a lot cheaper than the Ford tech.

Pay someone to do it.
Or for less of a let down have 2 cases of very well chilled beer on hand.
