1995 air dam

I didn't realize, but I bought my 95 E350 without a air dam. Iv been told that running without it , could spoil the airflow for my AC condenser radiator and intercooler.

Do they simply bolt on? Or are there brackets that I would have to buy separate when I buy a new or used one?

Thanks!

The vast majority of vans didn't have them. Not sure why you'd worry.

Our '93 E150 Chateau bumper has a plastic cover that wraps under to just about the radiator bottom tank. Air goes through the grill and the gap between the grill and the bumper. I don't see how an air dam could deflect air behind the bumper.

I sure would like to find an air dam for my '81 E 150 "Easy Bake" I just like their look with the air dams and if they help even marginally with economy, so much the better

Because I just installed a new AC system and was told the air dam was needed for correct air flow over the condenser.

Back when I had my '66 Econoline I was constandtly having overheating problems despite new core, hoses, thermostat etc. Then I saw a '65 on top of two other cars at a wrecking yard and there I saw it... a belly pan. Long story short, this cured my overheating.

Is an air deflector the same as a air dam? if so try LMCtrucks in their van section..
