Alternate source for OEM parts?

Hi,

Need a few parts for my E350 that I cant seem to find anywhere else. I have been searching and have found a few parts randomly, but most have no image listed so I dont want to risk it.

First the driver side rear glass. It had an aftermarket piece here that was glued in instead of using the OEM spacer. It looked a little different, and the OEM cap nuts would not tighten down. I replaced them with regular M4-.7 nuts, but tightened them too much and popped the glass. I want to replace it with ford parts so it looks right.

(The holes are for the window protector cage)

Second, this rear most exhaust hanger. I dont want to replace it with a cheap strap. PN on it is F7UA-5261-FB, but I cant find it.

Ive tried the ford parts site and I think ive found the parts, but they are not cheap! Well the glass is reasonable, about $150 and the spacer is $60. The nuts are $9 each and the special window bolts are $15 each!! The exhaust hanger is about $40! And thats local dealer prices. So, if anyone has a source that would be great!

-Also need a driver side front door inner seal (the one mounted on the body) and headlight adjuster bolts (3 on each side I think), all are seized.

No I have not checked, but living in the suburbs of DC makes going to the junkyard an all day event.

Thanks for the links, but if I cant get the parts much cheaper then my local dealer id rather just place the whole order with them. Also nice when the part is wrong and exchanging it is no big deal.

Seems that the glass and hanger will have to be had at full retail. Any ideas on a quality door seal or headlight adjusters? Dont really care if those are OEM.

Ford want like 15 bucks for the stainless headlight bezel, Rockauto has the whole assembly for $30 minus the long adjuster bolts (headlight, bezel, bucket and 4 screws). Both headlights had water in them, and a few of the bezel screws were stripped, so everything is getting replaced!

Thanks!

Being in the auto/truck glass biz I'd suggest calling a yard that does their own removals, ask them for the proper glass but specify you need/want the spacer, bolts and nuts too.

Its far too easy even for "pro's" to over tighten the mounting hardware so that's not all that rare. Its somewhat helpful using the proper sealant and the plastic spacer but even so crap can/does happen.
