1995 F150 no reverse lights
I have checked evrything I could possibly check and this is really stumping me. Did the 95 F150 use a relay for the backup lights? I don't have any blown fuses, I replaced the range switch on the transmission, I've looked high and low for a relay and nothing. This truck has no brake controller for towing so I know that's not it. I know it's going to be something simple but it eludes me. Any ideas? If someone had an accurate wiring diagram would be nice. Thanks.

Looks like I found the issue. Since I didn't have anything showing me what was what on the fuse panel under the hood I didn't realize there was a missing fuse. I installed a fuse and it instantly blew with the key on. I installed a resettable breaker and it lasted long enough for me to see that it was for the reverse lights before it popped. Somewhere between the fuse panel and the range switch is a short to ground. I cut the wire loose and installed a new wire from the fuse panel to the range switch...problem solved.
