Advice Welcomed!

Okay so got a quick question here, I'm about to do a tune up. Should I do the spark plugs, wires,Cap & Rotor first or fix the cracked exhaust Manifolds first? JB Weld is temporarily on the cracks to quiet it down some. The tune up would be $95-100. The exhaust manifolds are $160. Just wanna know which one yall would do first?

Voting for sure on manifolds first. Plugs can wait a manifold cannot.

I always fix things that are broken first ie. Cracked manifold. Then make it run better.

+1. Fix the broken stuff first, then put the finishing touch (tune up) on it.

I know that was a dumb question to ask. Bad thing is i gotta order them
And wait for them to come in, none of my local auto stores don't have them in stock. Also when I get up to about 35-40 It shakes like it can't get up to speed, I let off on the gas and so it again and it's fine? Do yall think it could be the Idle Air Control switch or whatever? I do have a 411 code saying the low RPM fault when the KOER test is going.

So I unplugged the IAC and started the truck and it was idling at 5000 RPM. I plugged it back in and it the RPMs went up. So would that mean it's working then? Or no?

Ooops! I meant 500 RPM. Yeah it would be at 500 RPM and then when I plugged it in the RPMs raised. I will have to get the volt meter out. If it's not that then what else could it be? Throwing a 411 code.
