SD Tensioner and Torque Specs?

SD Tensioner and Torque Specs?
I'm currently working on replacing my alternator and doing the SD tensioner mod at the same time. I was getting ready to put everything back together and realized I didn't know any of the torque specs for the bolts. I found the tensioner mounting bolt needs to be at 32 ft. lbs.? Could anyone confirm this number for me? As for the alternator bracket mounting bolts, I've done some searching but I can't seem to find any specs for them. Would anyone happen to know what they're supposed to be torqued to?

The manual for my '96 F250 lists the generator mounting bracket bolts as 55 ft lbs. The book calls it a generator and not an alternator for some reason. Didn't find anything for the tensioner mounting bolts.
It sure seems to me that almost as many problems are caused by trying to torque miscellaneous bolts to the specified torque rating than if you just tighten them until they feel tight enough. Things like cylinder heads, connecting rod and main bearings need a torque wrench but I just tighten the other stuff 'til they're tight. Especially for a guy whose handle is Farmboy (just kidding).
