My Ford friends it breaks my heart to have to sell this amazing truck that I use for hauling my horses around but recently it caught fire in the heater core and burned up the housing unit, fan, insulation and some hoses, thankfully it did not affect any of the wiring or anything else. I'm reaching out to all that knows these trucks are absolute work horses, I have to decide if I'm going to fix it or sell it as is. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the motor or transmission. Can you all give me any ideas as to what to set the price at for sell in either condidtion. It has 133,400 original miles. I can't get a picture to upload.

 

if that is all that burned, i would fix it. a lot cheaper that buying a new truck.

 

Go visit your local junk yards. You are looking at no more than $200 in parts

 

yeah, thats all a pretty easy fix vs getting a different vehicle.
Very odd spot for a fire too.
