remove the main charge wire put a large load on it...to see if it will pass current...it may have continuity but have high resistance, when fuseible links blow it is possible they leave behind a trace of powdered metal/carbon that reads with volt meter...

Yep. When I did my 3g upgrade I took the alt from the jy to autozoo. They said bad no voltage at all. Took it the Advance test good at 14 volts. Verified when I put it on 13.7 at idle

So unplug the large female connector at the alternator and Check for voltage at the green wire... If there is not voltage than there is a fuse somewhere?? Does anyone know where the fuse is cause I can't find it anywhere

That wire is associated with the dash warning light. So the owner's manual should mention which fuse is for that light. Also, I've read elsewhere that when that light burns out, it can affect the exciter circuit to the alternator. Does the light come on when you turn the key to RUN (engine OFF)?

No. There is no battery light that flashes on... In fact there is no lights that come on in the cluster when in the on position (engine off)

Check the bulb for the charging system failure warning light.

You're not even getting a WTS light?

If no one with a '94 EVTM chimes in, I'll check my '95. It's for a PSD of course, but much of the circuitry for things that aren't specific to the type of engine (such as charging, accessories, etc.) are similar, so I'll check that for what fuse to check.

Are you checking for voltage at the terminal on the green/red wire with the key in RUN?

Checked the instrument cluster an cab connector. And than if everything looks good and start back probing. Also maybe replace the fuse for the circuit, its cheap it may have failed and you cant see it.. Your on the right track at least.
