Considering buying a new Flex Fuel F250 but I am concerned about high repair costs. Are the costs to repair these engines significantly higher than regular gasoline engines? I am sure there are some special considerations but is it a lot higher cost to fix these FF vehicles?

 

Shouldn't be any higher just more steel in fuel system as ethanol attacks certain rubber compounds. I run it in mine occasionally but mileage takes a big hit 2-3 mpg less than gas only.
