Remove Interior Door Panel
Let me start with a disclaimer: I have searched, googled and searched some more... For 2 hrs and no luck!
Question 1: How do I remove the door and window handles so I can take off the interior door panel?
Question 2: Once I get the interior panel off and have more room, how do I re-seat the window in the channel?
Appreciate any advice!

Soap up the rubber in the lower channel and just push the glass back down into it. If the rubber is full of dirt, clean it out first.

I couldn't get the window handle off! I spent a long time playing with it but couldn't make it happen, so I worked around it!
Got the window glass seated in the track again, soapy water did the trick. I pulled the bottom rubber gasket out of the regulator, coated it in soapy water and applied it to the window. I lined the window up with the track and then cranked the window up. Once the glass hit the top frame, a fractional turn of the handle put everything back in place.
About the panels, looks like they are cardboard of some sort. The door has quite a few holes drilled in it and the cardboard has plastic clips of sorts to plunge into the holes.
Holes around edge of inner door panel
Close up of plunger style clip. They fit in the holes and have little fins on them to hold them tight in the door.
