Remove the left side lower bezel first, then the right side lower bezel, then the main bezel, in that order. Don't pull on the cluster to get access to the back, release your speedo cable at the trans and then reach underneath the dash and grab the cable as it comes up thru the floorboard to the right of the steering column and push it upwards, this will push the cluster out of the dash and give you enough room to reach behind the cluster and unplug it (2 plugs, one on each side). The plugs are in a rectangular shape, put your index finger on one short side and your thumb on the other, and pinch it inwards to remove. The speedo cable has a white clip on it that you push to one side to release.
