Morning world.....
Therapy is getting tougher...they have added strength training and even the one lb weights are really tough holding in the 45* angle. Zero and 90* not a problem. Lifting from arm at side to straight OUT not too bad except to that crummy 45* angle. 20 reps at each position and at the 45 only as many as I can do.
They said the adage "No pain, no gain" does NOT apply here!
